The product is transferred from the field to the factory. In factory, the mushroom is first washed, and then is cut into pieces. The mushroom product is put into some special cartoons. The foreign materials and impurities are removed and the cut pieces of mushroom are poured into hot water. After being semi – cooked, the product is frozen and put into package.
Preparation Guide:
Pour the needed amount of the frozen mushroom into a container consisted of the boiling water and salt. Wait for 5 minutes and then sieve and use it, or fry the needed amount of mushroom into the oil or butter after one hour of being out of freezer, and then use it.
Also, some amount of the product can be poured into the special container of microwave , remained in it for about 1/5 – 2 minutes to be cooked and then use it.

Test
The pepper product is harvested after being properly ripped, and transferred to the factory. It is washed and after removing the impurities, washing and removing the internal contents, the product is cut into pieces. The pieces are quickly frozen and put into package.
